Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Infixs Tecnologia respects the privacy and protection of personal data and processes information in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), as well as applicable international data protection standards.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when using our plugins and software, including but not limited to Correios Automático PRO.

1. Data Collected

Our plugins and software may collect and process personal and technical data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of their features. Collected data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Plugin configuration information and details about the website where it is installed;
  • Technical environment data, such as WordPress version, PHP version, active theme, and installed plugins;
  • Data related to shipping transactions, freight calculations, delivery estimates, and tracking information;
  • IP addresses, date and time of access, for security, auditing, and technical diagnostics;
  • Error logs, performance metrics, and usage data for technical support and continuous improvement;
  • Basic domain information and plugin installation identifiers;
  • Account and purchase data provided on this website, such as name, email, phone number, country and purchased products.

Infixs does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, as defined by the LGPD, unless strictly necessary and supported by an appropriate legal basis.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

The collected data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To provide and ensure the proper and secure operation of contracted features;
  • To enable shipping calculations, label generation, tracking, and integrations with logistics services;
  • To deliver efficient technical support and troubleshoot issues;
  • To improve performance, stability, security, and user experience of the plugins;
  • To conduct internal technical and statistical analysis, in aggregated or anonymized form, for product development;
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations;
  • To show more relevant ads from Infixs and the brands in its ecosystem, and to avoid showing ads for products you have already purchased, as described in section 4.1.
  • With Google and Meta, through measurement and advertising cookies, only with your consent, as described in section 4.2.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds, as provided by the LGPD:

  • Performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to a contract;
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • Legitimate interest of Infixs, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are respected;
  • Consent of the data subject, where applicable.

4. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared only when necessary, in the following situations:

  • To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from competent authorities;
  • With partner service providers and third-party APIs essential to the plugin’s functionality (such as shipping, logistics, or tracking services);
  • With infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, and technical support providers;
  • With the express authorization of the purchaser or the domain owner;
  • With advertising platforms (Google and Meta), only in irreversible encrypted form (hash), to build advertising audiences, as described in section 4.1.

Infixs does not sell personal data and requires its partners to adopt appropriate data protection and security measures.

4.1 Advertising audiences (Google and Meta)

Infixs is part of a product ecosystem that includes Infixs itself, BoolHost and Pingo Notify. To show you more relevant ads and to avoid showing ads for products you already own, we may use customer lists on the advertising platforms of Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This is how it works:

  • We only use the email, phone number, name and country of people who have purchased or subscribe to a product in the ecosystem;
  • Before anything is sent, this data is converted into an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash). The platforms do not receive the data in readable form and use the codes only to identify matching accounts, under their Customer Match (Google) and Custom Audiences (Meta) policies;
  • Audiences are organized by product: people who already bought a product may stop seeing ads for it and see ads for other products in the ecosystem instead;
  • The lists are updated automatically with every purchase, cancellation or deletion request.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 7, IX, of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD), and you may object at any time.

How to opt out: email [email protected], preferably from the address used for your purchase. Your data will be removed from the lists within 48 hours. You can also adjust your ad preferences directly with Google and Meta.

4.2 Measurement and advertising cookies (Google and Meta)

With your consent, given in the cookie notice, infixs.com uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram Pixel) to:

  • measure visits, page views and purchases, statistically;
  • build audiences of people who visited the site or the checkout, so that Infixs and the companies in its ecosystem (BoolHost and Pingo Notify) can show relevant ads on Google (Search, YouTube and partner sites) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram);
  • measure whether ads led to visits or purchases.

These vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Name, email and phone number are not sent through these cookies.

Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I, LGPD). Without your acceptance these cookies stay off and Google only receives non-identifying signals (consent mode).

How to change your choice: use the button below to review the notice at any time. You can also turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and facebook.com/adpreferences, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with the LGPD, data subjects have the following rights:

  • Confirmation of the existence of personal data processing;
  • Access to personal data;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the law;
  • Data portability, where applicable;
  • Information about data sharing;
  • Revocation of consent, where consent is the applicable legal basis;
  • Request for deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

6. Data Security

Infixs adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, or any unlawful or improper processing.

These measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Access control mechanisms;
  • Security monitoring;
  • Encryption and secure development practices;
  • Internal information security policies.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Data linked to your account remains stored for as long as the account is active and no deletion request has been made. In other words, we keep your data while you maintain your account with Infixs — and you may request deletion at any time, as described in section 8 of this Policy.

Certain data may be kept for different periods, including after the account is closed or deletion is requested, where this is necessary for:

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, such as tax and billing records;
  • Security, fraud prevention and fraud investigation;
  • Auditing and the exercise of rights in administrative or judicial proceedings;
  • Contractual and operational requirements still in effect.

In these cases, the data is kept only for as long as the purpose justifying its retention requires, and is then deleted or anonymized, as applicable.

8. Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected], preferably from the e-mail address associated with your account or purchase, stating which data you want deleted.

Upon receiving the request, Infixs will:

  • Confirm receipt and verify the identity of the requester, to protect your data against unauthorized deletion requests;
  • Delete or anonymize the personal data covered by the request in our systems, and instruct our service providers to do the same;
  • Inform you once the deletion has been completed.

Certain data may be retained where a legal obligation or another legal basis requires it — for example, tax and billing records. In such cases, the data is kept only for the legally required period, separated from any other use, and deleted afterwards.

Data stored in your own store’s database (such as orders and tracking codes processed by our plugins) remains under your control and is not deleted by Infixs — removing our plugins does not remove that data from your WordPress database.

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to reflect service improvements, legal or regulatory changes. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
