How we run a migration
For a standard site, BoolHost’s free migration does the job. For a WooCommerce store in production, we prefer to run it ourselves — this is the sequence.
Hosting questions, answered straight
Do I really get Correios Automático PRO when I sign up?
Yes. Any WordPress hosting plan under the partnership includes a 1-year Correios Automático PRO license at no cost. After you sign up, message us on WhatsApp and we issue the key for your site.
Am I locked in?
No. A WordPress site is a set of files and a MySQL database, and both are exportable. BoolHost offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. If you ever want to leave, we’ll help you leave — that’s what being on your side of the table means.
Something broke. Who do I call?
If the site doesn’t load, SSL fails or the panel is down — that’s BoolHost, 24/7. If checkout errors, a freight quote is wrong or an update broke a page — that’s us. Can’t tell which? Send it to us; telling those apart is our job, not yours.
Can Infixs migrate my existing store?
Yes — that’s the normal case. Standard sites use BoolHost’s free migration; production WooCommerce stores get our own process with a staged copy and a real-order test before cutover. Migration work by Infixs is quoted per store, because a catalog site and a store wired into an ERP are not the same job.
What happens to my email?
Email follows the MX records, not the hosting. If your mail is on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, it stays where it is — we preserve the records during cutover. If you want mail on the hosting, plans include mailboxes (1 to 10 depending on tier, free for the first year).
Is this right for a high-traffic WooCommerce store?
Business is our minimum for a store that sells daily — mostly because of the daily and on-demand backups. Real traffic belongs on Cloud: dedicated resources and IP, 100 PHP workers, 4 GB RAM and priority support. Above that, managed hosting is the wrong tool and we’ll propose dedicated infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS or Azure instead — we’d rather say that before you buy.
How do I get the discount?
Ask us — by WhatsApp or through the contact page. Tell us which plan you’re considering and we’ll send the code currently valid. You apply it yourself in your BoolHost checkout.
Do I need Infixs plugins to use this?
No. The hosting and our plugins are separate purchases in separate accounts. They work well together — that’s the point of the partnership — but neither requires the other.
